No. You can use CampSuite purely as a diary. Take bookings by phone, accept cash, do things the way you always have. The system just gives you a better place to keep track of it all. Online bookings are there when you want them.
Not at all. If you can use a smartphone, you can use CampSuite. The setup wizard walks you through everything. Most people are up and running in about 15 minutes.
Absolutely. You can record phone bookings and cash payments in CampSuite just like you would in a notebook. The diary works however you take bookings, it's not just for online ones.
